Currently design manager for a divisional customer relationship management platform at Goldman Sachs. I led this product from inception through launch, and it continues to grow to better meet more of our users needs. Over this time, it's been adopted by all of the division, and usage consistently improves over prior measurement periods.
Alongside my day-to-day responsibilities, I'm fascinated by habits–how they're formed and broken, and how we can leverage technology to build more helpful and productive ones. Lately, I'm also immersing myself in near future-explorations with design fiction (which feels like a very natural extension of product design). At home, trying to raise twin boys to be better men.
